My favorite design problems are the ones hiding in plain sight — the extra phone call, the paperwork that still travels by mail, the workflow everyone's quietly worked around for years. These days, that increasingly means designing with AI and for it: my most recent project was a tool whose hardest constraint was staying useful even when the AI got something wrong. I bring the same instinct to financial services and insurance more broadly — finding these problems, working with the people closest to them to get the fix right, and designing them out with measurable impact, for both the customers navigating complicated products and the service teams fielding their calls.

I'm NYC-based with a serious travel habit — 30+ countries across five continents so far, and I'm always planning the next one. Wherever I land, I'm chasing good pastries and better espresso.
